WELCOME TO TOFTE FARMS!
Tofte Farms is a neighborhood many Oregon families love to call home. This unique neighborhood situated near the Molalla River, rural farmland and the heart of Canby, offers a prime suburban setting and many convenient area amenities. Canby has good access to the Portland Metro area while providing a smaller hometown feel. Whether it is concerts in the park, the county fair or well-attended High School football games, Canby is a welcoming community.
The purpose of the Tofte Farms Homeowners Association is to promote the recreation, health, safety, welfare, benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners within our neighborhood. First and foremost, the Association strives to preserve home values by maintaining Tofte Farms as a high quality residential community.
We encourage the improvement of services and facilities necessary for the support of Tofte Farms; we oppose the intrusion of forces and elements that are contrary to upholding the high standard and quality of life associated with our neighborhood.
We maintain cooperation with local government bodies and agencies in order to be alert and assist in courses of action that are beneficial to Tofte Farms and its residents. Within the limits of our authority, the Board of Directors is vigilant in ensuring that the rights and interests of the majority of the residents of Tofte Farms are sustained and supported.
