Effective immediately the age limit to be at the pool without adult (18 years or older) supervision has changed from 14 yrs. to 16 yrs. of age. New pool signage will be posted soon. Please know this decision was not an easy one to make, however, it was found necessary due to ongoing behavior problems (extreme horseplay, profanity, etc.) and property damage at the pool.
Please also note, Thursday evenings from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. is now 'adult only' swim to accommodate adults who would like to enjoy quiet adult time at the pool. This modification to the pool hours is on a trial basis to see how much it is used.
Unfortunately many HOA residents seem increasingly reluctant to abide by the pool rules. Please remember the rules exist so all residents can safely and comfortably use this neighborhood amenity. If the rules continue to be ignored or blatantly broken, please understand out of necessity, a pool monitor will be hired to enforce the rules resulting in increased HOA dues. You can help prevent this increase in costs by politely reminding pool users of the rules. If you have accidentally violated the rules please be gracious. Let's all remember our manners and play nice.
